Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT)

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

If you are dependent upon pain killers or heroin we can help.

Pain killers such as Oxycodone, Percocet ® and Heroin are in a class of drugs called opiates.  The prescription pain killers are useful medications at times, but they have a very high potential for dependency, even when used as prescribed by your doctor. Heroin is a dangerous street drug that is often laced with Fentanyl and other deadly substances. If you want to stop using any kind of opiates, we can help you.

C.A.R.E.’s evidence based treatment program combines medication, such as Suboxone® and Vivitrol®, with an Intensive Outpatient Program. This program is time-intensive and requires your strict attendance at group therapy and individual therapy.

While under medical supervision you’ll minimize the discomfort of withdrawal while gaining new insights and tolls to avoid relapse.

Medication-assisted therapy may be covered by your health insurance company but you must check your individual policy in order to determine that. CARE currently participates with many health insurers.

In the event your health insurer does not cover the cost, CARE offers a cash payment option and will provide the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Because health insurers use varied and always changing coverages, CARE can not guarantee that the cost will be covered in full or in part.
